I visited Pierpont Nails for the first time today for a regular mani and pedi. The girls at the front desk were very polite and accommodating. The salon was calming and clean, but I had a really poor pedicure and after spending nearly 1.5 hours there, 3 of my toenails were destroyed because the nail polish was old, thick, and therefore didn’t dry properly. Update: Downgrade from 5 stars to 3 stars. Unfortunately twice over the last year I got an infection because they cut my cuticles too aggressively during my pedicure. When I let the front desk know the second time, they said the person I’d been with last no longer worked there. I had a good pedicure that time. The last time I went though, the same thing happened - she was way too aggressive with my cuticles and cut the side of my nail so deeply I’m having to take care so I don’t get an ingrown toenail.
