Came in for builder gel removal and the tech was careless. My natural nails were strong, long and beautiful underneath the builder that I had done by another amazing nail tech who owns her business elsewhere. I didn’t go to her because I was in a pinch and needed them off last minute and I came to pierpont nail spa due to a recommendation from someone I know. I visited the salon yesterday morning for a manicure. This was my second visit, and my first experience was great, which is why I decided to come back. The technician assigned to me recommended adding a nail builder service to help protect my natural nails, and I agreed. However, during the shaping process, he buffed the sides of my nails very aggressively.
