Just tried to book a reservation with the hotel, spoke to J*** at reservations and was refused a room due to my service animal. This is illegal and unethical. Service was rude all around.
Room unprepared for new guests, i.e., complete linens were not provided Staff was not adequately provided for the number of rooms booked Rooms were not cleaned: trash left inside and outside of rooms even when requested to be cleaned Lack of front desk availability When issues were raised to Manager, there was no effort made to find a responsible solution.
