I’ve lived here for 3 years. Great community and seems family centered. I’d say that this place is one of Morgantowns best kept secrets. It’s a good place to live and raise a family. The pool is a decent size but I have noticed people inviting their friends and get loud. The pool is for the families that live here. So while here please respect our facility. This is our home. We've been here since covid started. Quiet. Nice neighbors. Dog friendly. Lots of wildlife even though it's a trailer park just outside of Morgantown wv
