Awesome food and great service.
I work with individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias. Decided to bring a group of individuals here for lunch. Called about an hour and a half ahead of arrival to let them know. Blown away by the hospitality and customer service given by this shop, the owner in particular. This man went as far as turning up the heat (without being asked) to keep our residents warm and even changed the music to that of the 1930s so that it was reminiscent of past times. Ordered food at 6pm on Uber eats. They then say they are sold out of the cabbage and noodles. Then I trade that for kielbasa and krout and they cancel my entire order! Completely livid. You should change your hours if you don’t want to serve customers an hour before closing for to go. Shame on you! Thanks for ruining my dinner!
Their pierogis are good but they offer so much more like sauerkraut balls, cabbage and noodles, etc. I love their sauerkraut balls! Their potato pancakes aren’t like mamma made, but they still make a good side for breakfast or dinner. So happy they offer sandwiches and eat-in space now.
