I cannot recommend this dental practice due to persistent administrative failings and serious breaches of professionalism. When I requested my treatment agreement on September 4, I was sent a generic, unsigned contract quoting my out-of-pocket expense as balance $940, when I was initially told the most I would pay out of pocket will be $1044-$522 deposit I made the first day However, at my latest visit, I was told the amount due was nearly $1,100 with no clear explanation for these discrepancies or shifting demands. Good and friendly and totally professional
Dr. Caniza and the staff at Piermont Dental care are fantastic. I was referred to them because I urgently needed an extraction, and they saw me immediately and treated me with utmost care even though I was a new patient. The extraction itself was quick and painless even though it involved two teeth, and my recovery has been virtually discomfort-free. I've switched to Piermont Dental as my primary dentist and I cannot recommend them enough.
Arriving there, from the moment you open the door, you feel the attention and kindness from the front desk. Everyone is very professional; my hygienist is the best.
Nancy is wonderful, patient and responsive - she shares her tips and knowledge and helps me take better care of my teeth!
