If you move here, you will not receive the majority of your packages. Packages are literally being scattered ALL around the apartment complex, even by the pool! Management refuses to provide mail carriers with an easily accessible location to deliver packages and adequate instructions on how to access each apartment building. I have lived here for only 3 months and I have already had at least 6 instances where I did not receive my package. I am not the only resident who is experiencing this. They need to help their residents when they are in need.
I lived here for 3 years and it was an absolute nightmare. From the management, to the maintenance to the drunks at the pool. FAR far far from luxury. Trust me, look elsewhere.
Love my apartments! Especially the management team!
Love the property and well kept! However you can hear everything next to you and above you! They call it apartment living however I am planning on moving and paying the same amount to live where noise is not a problem. They also won't follow through on the noise complaints. This is a wood frame construction so keep that in mind when looking also most other places in Channelside are concrete construction so better options!

I have been living here for about 5 months now, I just want to thank the staff and management for being so helpful. The property is incredible, I love spending time at the pool and courtyard. Definitely recommend living here!
