Called to ask about a few jewelry options piercings, whoever answered (a male) I assume the owner was very short with me and tried to rush me off the phone. Before being rushed off the phone I asked if the jewelry was available on their website for me to look at, they said yes, I go look and it was not! I wanted to be sure he had what I was looking for before driving almost an hour. Sad they lost a potential customer due to not knowing proper customer service via telephone.
10/10 EXPERIENCE!! Gary is such a sweet guy and he gave off a great first impression. His studio was clean and calming. I got my helix pierced and conch pierced on both ears and he took such good care of me! When i got nauseous he gave me water, fanned me down, laid me down, turned the light off, put a cold wet towel on my back. He gave me all of his attention.
