Cannot say enough good things about Caitlin! Brought my daughter in who was super excited and super apprehensive. Caitlin was infinitely patient, even allowing us an ice cream break to regroup between ears, and waited and waited and waited for her to be ready for the second ear when we came back. The piercings are strait, beautiful, and perfect. This girl is wonderful!!
