Caitlin mad me feel so welcomed and made me feel really comfortable about getting my tongue peirced even though I was super nervous. She checked my anatomy to see if I was able to get it peirced and was extremely professional and really funny. Also she gives you a card that gives you the size of your peircing when you get it and what date you need to come back to get it down sized.
Caitlin was very professional, explained everything and the environment was clean and sterile.
Wonderful experience for my 8 year old getting her ears pierced for the first time. Caitlin explained everything before she did anything in ways my daughter could understand. She was kind, gentle, and patient with her.
