5/27/2020 The actual person piercing (Katie) was professional and informative. The manager however, was NOT! Before the COVID-!9 shut down, I got my nose pierced. Due to the shut down, I could not attend my follow up appointment to get my piercing looked at, etc. My nose ended up getting an infection! I had no choice but to remove the piercing myself, which resulted in my piercing closing up. I called the manager, in hopes of getting my nose re-pierced (free of charge), once restrictions are lifted. HE OUT-RIGHT REFUSED... read more
