I was here with my 1 1/2 yr old on Thursday morning and who ever the lady was that pierced my daughters ears did a really great job. She was so friendly and got my little girl to smile and laugh during the process. She had a great attitude. It's a big improvement from some of the people they have hired in the past. Hope she does well! Keep her!
