Went in to return a pair of earrings. I arrived when they opened. They were not even ready to wait on customers. I had to wait for her to get all of the jewelry from underneath the cabinets. Then wait for her to pull the till out and then count down all the petty cash. Which she did several times as it did not balance. By 1015 she was semi prepared to wait on me and start my return. (Suppose to open at 10am) I won't even go into detail the hassle of the return....but that was a complete mess as well! Called store manager and... read more

Got my daughters ears pierced. She just turned 1 and they were great with her and the service was excellent. Also had a great sale so got a second pair for Christmas.
