Carla & Franklin were great!! I brought my special needs daughter to have her ears pierced & they were so patient, compassionate & professional. They went above & beyond to help make her feel safe & comfortable before they proceeded. She loves her new earings. She didn't cry or even bat an eye after they were done. They did a fantastic job. We're definitely giving them our business again in the future!
The person in charge of the booth was 100% familiar with the product and maintenance of a new piercing. She maintained excellent cleaning/sanitation steps that made me feel comfortable. She knew what she was doing. The prices were VERY reasonable. I would recommend Piercing Pagoda!!
