i paid a lot of money here, but they pierced my nose totally wrong, so it bubbled up and migrated. and then they gaslighted me and gave me advice on how i personally should fix it, instead of inspecting further and taking accountability or offering to re-pierce me for free. they even charged me for having to upsize multiple times for something THEY did incorrectly. also, the when i was initially getting it pierced, two of the female piercers were talking poorly about and making fun of another client who was there earlier tha... read more

Got my lobes (both), nostril and septum piercings here, in the same order as listed. After care instructions were clear and thorough, no issues with inflammation even though I did go swimming in lake Tahoe about 2 months in for my nostril piercing. The piercing process for septum and lobes were painless, with nostril being a little pain but very quick. One of the worst experiences i’ve ever had. I’m 18 i have my septum both my nostrils and both my eyebrows. But that’s not the point.awhile back i got my lip done with braces but ended up taking it out because i just didn’t really like it. So a few months later i was looking to get another oral piercing not sure what but something. Honestly really dissatisfied. While the staff seems really welcoming, some of them aren’t qualified at all. I came here years ago for my septum, and they pierced it wrong and had to redo it that same session. My nose is a bit crooked, so I understood that, even if the healing was so much worse because i had 2 holes to heal at once. I came back here for snakebites/labrets. The left one healed completely fine, but the right one was pierced at such a horrible angle. There was barely any looking around/feeling around in my mouth... read more
