Place is clean, community is kind, Katie is great!
Great place to live
Definitely the worst place I have ever stayed. People above first floor are the noisiest and most inconsiderate pos ever. All the way til 4 am, So if you like sleep this place isn't for you. Land lord is extremely lazy. There is absolutely no insulation in the walls. Do not get a room on the 1st floor, you will regret your decisions. Dogs bark non stop and people actually smoke here.
