My family will never go anywhere else. The front office staff is extremely kind and friendly. They are thorough, efficient and well organized. The doctors and hygienist are the best of the best and very friendly. They truly care about what they do and it shows. I recommend them 100%!
This is a very well organized, well run office with caring staff and dentists! They also always review your insurance well in advance, so there are no surprises at check out! I am so glad I found them and now my entire family goes there (including my two teenagers).
These are really superior dentists. No short cuts with treatment. Take their TIME to answer my questions and make sure I am leaving with full knowledge of my dental status. Hygienists are all fantastic. Squeezed me in same day for a crown emergency. Waldo and Laura at the front desk are also top notch. Very accommodating and will call with reminders for my particular pre-appointment requirements. I live in Springfield and they are well worth the drive for our family of six.
Everyone at this practice is amazing! The hygienists are the best I've ever been to. And the dentists are, frankly, perfectionists. Even the office staff are so kind and go out of their way to help you. My whole family is happy here. I highly recommend this dental office!
From my first visit to follow up appointment this place has been nothing but amazing! Something that set them over the bar for me, I recently had knee surgery and when being dropped off for a follow up appointment we pulled to the front of the building. I was struggling to get out of the car being in a knee brace and unable to flex my leg. I saw the gentlemen behind the front desk get up with out hesitation and came outside to assis me on my way in. My experience today was wonderful. The whole staff is very friendly, kind and helpful. The doctors are so friendly, patient, kind, and understanding. They keep you informed of each step of the required procedure. You're in great hands with Drs. Pierce and Ryan.
