The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood

They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. No, they were fully staffed Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

I live in Saratoga and it's not that convenient but he is worth it! They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I didn't have to wait much at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.

Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Did the chiropractor update you about the progression of your recovery at each appointment?
