Brutal cold day. Garage door stuck. Called at 9:30. "Technician would be there 11-1." Arrived at 12:20. Ten minute review, fair estimate, work done by 1. Door smooth as silk. Don't call anyone else.
Pierce Garage Doors is my go to company for all things garage door related. Prices are fair and Pierce Garage Doors won't try to charge you for things you don't need. My springs broke today and when he realized I wouldn't be available the following day Pierce Garage Doors made it happen that night after 6pm. Even though tech had made an exception and came on a Saturday night, he took the time to balance, tighten every screw and lubricate everything. Highly recommended!!!
I called Pierce Garage Doors yesterday afternoon. Juan gave me very competitive pricing over the phone, and said he's generally available to install either same day or next day. I called him back a few hours later at around 5pm, and scheduled the install for next afternoon. Juan told me he'd be here between noon and 1pm, and arrived about 12:10 pm. Got up in the morning and my garage door wouldn't open. Needless to say, I went into total panic mode. Had an upcoming important appointment and no way to get there. Called Pierce Garage Doors based on the great reviews. The nice lady set up an appointment for me for the early afternoon but stated it could be sooner. She was right.
