Got up in the morning and my garage door wouldn't open. Needless to say, I went into total panic mode. Had an upcoming important appointment and no way to get there. Called Pierce Garage Doors based on the great reviews. The nice lady set up an appointment for me for the early afternoon but stated it could be sooner. She was right. I called them this morning, and they sent a technician out the same day. He adjusted the tracks, lubricated the rollers, and tightened all the bolts. Now it’s running smoothly and quietly, and I couldn’t be happier!
