Pierce Hardware has an extensive collection of beautiful, high end fixtures for doors, cabinets, bath, and kitchen. Elizabeth Daniels is incredibly knowledgeable about the products and has great advice if you need it. She helped me choose just the right pieces for a remodel. And everything came in when they said it would!
David Mears gets my Customer Service Award for 2024. Needed a cartridge for a 20 year old KWC faucet. David contacted the manufacturer in Switzerland and they shipped it to us at no charge. I’ve never met David, nor haveI been to the store. Did not buy the original faucet from Pierce, yet he went out of his way to help. Wish everyone had this level of customer service.
