Ragan and Maddie were absolutely fantastic. Their level of customer service from start to finish was superior. I am not local and I was able to rely on the Pierce Team to get the carpet installed without having to come back out. The project turned out great and we are thrilled with the results. 10/10 recommend.

Maddie was great at helping meet my aggressive schedule, suggesting I choose from one of the many in stock quality carpets. The scheduling dept helped plan the delivery around the painters. Eric removed the old carpet, prepped the floor, and installed the carpet, working around closet built-ins and the crawl space door. First rate and reasonable pricing.
Maddie and Ragan in the sales department were great to work with. They were responsive to all of my questions and were quick to come measure for our new carpet. Jorge did a fantastic job with the actual install, cleaned up after himself, and made sure we were happy with everything before leaving. We couldn’t be happier!
