We went to Pierce Carpet Mill to price out replacing our hallway due to damages in our rental. At first, they were amazing to work with; I talked with a gentleman who really felt passionate about helping give us a quote before going to our rental company. As a new mom, you can imagine that our wallets are tight, and we were hoping to receive a quote before talking to our rental company to ensure we wouldn't get an outrageous price. Jason did a great job of walking us through the flooring process and suggesting the right floor for our home. He took the time to understand our designs and give us the perfect look. The installers were exceptional as well and flexible when we needed to move the install date.
I had to get carpeting into my place last minute while I was working out of state. Charles Cunningham was great to work with! He and his team made it easy to match the carpet color I wanted & get it installed as soon as possible. Larry Bailey did a great job with the installation and even made sure to check in that the carpet had turned out the way I wanted! I would highly recommend Pierce Carpet Mill Outlet!
