Very happy with my pier-tech pier. It is very reliable and has lasted many years outdoors. Vito is a class act and is always there to help his customers.
Very happy with my pier-tech pier. It is very reliable and has lasted many years outdoors. Vito is a class act and is always there to help his customers.
Very disappointed in Vito. He made me an adapter plate for the pier and he drilled the holes in the wrong places and the wrong size even though I sent him the old adapter with the correct pattern. The mount now hangs over the side over the pier instead of being centered. It cannot be fixed and I had to have a local machine shop make a new one for me. I asked for a refund of the $400 Vito charged me and offered to return the defective plate. Vito ignored my request and has not answered any of emails. I do not recommend you us... read more
