Called this morning because I was on automatic delivery with this company and was down to a quarter of a tank. Very professional and accommodating
Today we needed an emergency visit and Pier not only went above and beyond but they were so pleasant about it! Answered their phone early and helped us out immediately. I am now a customer for life! Honestly the best part of this experience was how kind they were on the phone and then coming to us immediately- is so amazing!!
Woman I spoke with on the phone to set up delivery was arguing with me about my correct street address. She asked if I was sure about the number of my house. I said, "I live here...so yes I'm sure". She wasn't very nice. Went with another company.

A great family owned business that actually, takes pride in customer service. The only one you need to call when thst oil tank is low.
Professional,courteous delivery drivers and an all around excellent oil company to do business with. I highly recommend them.
