Had a cup of hot gumbo spilled on my lap. I wanted a nice relaxing place to chill after spending 2 days in ICU seeing my sister and the gumbo was dumped in my lap. � Instead of going back to the hospital, I had to go home and bleach my white shorts and treat a minor burn with a topical cream. We were referred here by a friend and we were very happy with our choice. We did have to wait about 30 minutes to be seated but it was nice out and a pleasant wait. Any good place will have a wait. We had calamari and the shrimp boil for two. So happy with the food. The server was a little tough but not enough to upset us. I ordered two frozen margaritas and they were delicious. We will be returning to Pier 99.
The view and scenery make up for a just "ok" food. The really ate there one time so maybe it was just a not so good cook day got a discount but it was still good
Food was delicious fast and friendly service. Live music. Definitely will go back.
Good place if you want to sit outside enjoy the view and to listen to some live music but the service and food not so great we order the ceviche it was just onions and tomatoes it took and hour to get our food and while waiting a server dropped some food on me definitely and they didn't do anything about hey a free dessert would of been nice. We will definitely be going back to corpus but not to Pier 99.
Worst service and food EVER no refills food was cold and needed flavor. Waitress play with cat before bringing food to table and management no where to be found.
