I have been to the Springville location twice for lunch in the last 4 months and have not been able to get service either time. One time the oven was being serviced and the other time they were out of lunch pizzas and wouldn't make any more. Today was the last straw at the Provo location. I was told they couldn't make a pizza because they had a large catering order to do and I would have to come back another time. Visited this location for my first time today. Awesome service. Owner was working and took very good care of us. Lunch buffet was great. We we there at a good point where we were able to make several requests and got to try several of the pizzas. All were awesome. Kids meals were awesome and came with a little toy. I'll definitely be back!

Came here after being very disappointed at a different restaurant and was blown away by nicks amazing costomer service! The food was great and brought to our table veey quickly! Really impressed and highly recommend!!! Great job Nick!!!

I fall in love of Pizza again and again, I love to eat by the taste and this is the best Pizza! I travel for work and if I compare New York, Chicago... The Best of the Best Pierre 49 Pizza, love the service and place always clean and neat.
I love Pier 49 Pizza Provo. The service is great and the Pizza is delicious. They have so many options on the menu too. I recommend the BBQ Chicken.
Worst pizza ever, We go to pier 49 every couple of months. I am gluten free my family is not, so pizza as a whole sucks for me. Tonight extra bad, my pizza is burned to the point that half of it won't come out of dish. Pizza was suppose to have artichokes and cheese. Not sure there was any cheese other than that burned to the dish, I counted a total of three artichoke pieces on the whole thing. I also payed extra for chicken on my pizza, not a piece of chicken on it. Very disappointed! Hope you care.
