Stopped by on a very busy Valentine’s Day to pick up some shrimp to make my old lady something special... Asked for a pound of medium shrimp- just like it was listed on their menu board- so I could make some scampi....guy gave me a huge hassle about it...had me waiting like an idiot....comes back with a 2 pound bag of frozen shrimp and basically guilt trips me into buying it all because selling me just a pound was too much of a hassle. I love this place. Friendly staff and always fresh seafood. Have not been disappointed in Pier 46 at anytime. It is my go to place for fish and chips when I visit my brother in nearby Atascadero.
