I moved into to Pier 38 over the summer and it’s the best decision I could have made. The apartment is gorgeous, but not only that the Staff is great! Diana and Taylor are always so kind and prompt if I have any questions. The one time I had to put a work order in they came the very next morning and fixed the issue. I don’t think I’ll ever move out.
The office team and maintenance staff here are super-friendly and very responsive. When they say updated units- they definitely aren't kidding. The work has been completed by professionals with quality materials. The grounds are beautiful and the bark park is awesome. Can't wait for summer. So happy here!!!
These apartments are beautiful! They say there are a lot more renovations coming to the property and I can't wait to see it all when it is done. The office staff is so helpful and friendly, the maintenance team fixes any problems in a quick/orderly fashion, and I just love everything about this place. 5 out of 5 stars for sure!!!
I've only lived here a couple of months, but the apartment is very nice. Never hear anything from apartments around me. The service for any problems has been exemplary.
