Beautiful atmosphere, great service, and great fish and chips
I waited at the inside bar for six minutes and never got served, so I left. This was at about two thirty or so this afternoon. No other customers in the bar area. Not the first time this has happened either. No bartender in sight and the manager Bruce sat three bar stools down from me reading the newspaper. He didn't acknowledge me or even look up. 1976 salad was not the same. I've been going to the Pier since 1982.

The food was good and the view from the outside dinning was great. I had the fish and chips and when they say chips, my fries were all about 1 inch or less. I think I got the bottom of the bag or something. Everthing else was good service was good. Just one glitch.
