Warning: absolutely awful service. They lost all of my trophies and medals from my track career from middle school to Stanford (among other items) and claim they have no monetary value. Have been consistently unhelpful in making any effort to locate lost or possibly stolen items. Do not use this company if you value your possessions and wish to see them again.
The two guys who helped me move were great. They did fine work and kept me informed of all aspects of the move. I a a great number of books that were moved and these books were rather heavy as an aggregate. Both movers after hours of moving many heavy books remained cheerful and happy. Jason and Dave did a great job moving on a cold, snowy day. Jason even used his own sweatshirt to dry up bits of melted snow that had collected on furniture as he moved it from the truck to inside. Fast and friendly too -- can't get better service than what these two provided.
Great experience. Steve and Josh were phenomenal, and the entire process of getting everything from Point A to Point B went off without a hitch despite my need to over pack quite a few boxes.

They did a great job for us. Paul was great, Lizzie was personable and very helpful, and our driver and packer did a wonderful job, being very careful with high value items. We received everything in a timely manner and in perfect shape.
When we were given our moving quote it was with the understanding we would received free used boxes and they would drop them off. The first time we called requesting boxes the agent wasn't available to drop off, so we drove to Eagan and picked up several (less than 30 for a 3 bedroom home) boxes When we requested more boxes we were informed that the agent was not available for an entire week to drop off boxes. But if we agreed to pay $150.00 they would drop off additional boxes in 1-2 days---don't use this company.
