Do Not Use this company !!!!! I got my household goods delivered today. I had over 20 containers dented and broken and crushed. The driver showed up with only 2 skinny workers to unload 10k pounds. Veronica works the phones at this company told me all drivers only use 2 unloaders which is a lie.My stuff was packed up with 6 workers and a driver. Very helpful getting us set up and items were delivered as promised.
We were very pleased with how the process went. Karen was very responsive getting back to us when getting the move dates changed. The truck came with in the set time to pick up the load and and arrived at the drop off location which was nearly 1800 miles away. The driver called in advance to make sure we new he was on the way. The personnel were respectful and efficient on both ends of the load. From start to finish an excellent job! Could not be more pleased!
I had real concerns about very heavy rosewood furniture to be transported across the country and delivered to a difficult location. I have moved many times all around the world and never had movers take such good care of my treasures. The driver Walid (in charge of most of the difficulties) was very good at caring for my furniture (wrapping with furniture pads). He even had to shuttle it to a smaller truck for delivery. Not one piece of anything was damaged.
Piepho is reliable, careful and considerate all through the move.
We had a great move today! Bob and Jason were terrific - awesome service, wonderful care of our items, and they were really efficient. Would definitely recommend this company!
They have done three moves for family members in the last couple months. All went well on all the moves and everyone is happy! They are very careful with your possesions--no damage on three moves. They strive to make their customer happy and are very responsive to questions and concerns.
