The metal cap (located on the roof of our single story home) for the exhaust of our water heater, blew off. I researched this cap online and found it should be replaced ASAP. I called Piper Plumbing, whom I had used in the past and had a good relationship with. However I learned they are now under new ownership. David was professional, flexible with our crazy work schedules, and very knowledgeable when our water heater quit. He helped us with outdated vents that were creating a gas buildup in the unit. You couldn’t see the top of the unit melting unless you were on a ladder and had knowledge of the danger that situation could cause. They gave us options, and then brought & installed the new water heater we chose, quickly. Great company, great pricing, and fast service. We are now loyal customers!
John Pieper is an excellent troubleshooter. He did a better job than others I consulted about correctly analyzing my problems. He’s also honest, conscientious, and prompt, as well as very reasonably priced. I couldn’t recommend him more highly.

John has solved all plumbing issues I've had at my Oceanside home since I met him 6 yrs ago. I trust him completely with any plumbing work. He recently replumbed my entire house and replaced the water heater and boy am I happy with his work. He replaced the small 1/2" pipe with 3/4" and now the hot water shows up much quicker at the faucets. Loving it. John is a straight shooter.
