We had an excellent experience with the Pienovi Team in selling our condo in a down market. They were very realistic in developing a pricing strategy as they were very knowledgeable about the market. They have a team of professionals so every aspect of the experience was well managed. They were immediately responsive to all our inquiries. And their marketing was very high end, thorough and creative. You can’t go wrong in selecting them to help you purchase or sell a home.

I'm ashamed to admit that I'm related to this guy. Contacted Andrew Pienovi, my cousin, asking if I could see a property that his office has listed for sale. He said that he wasn't available to get me in today, 4/7/2024, but could get me in there the following day. My wife and I decided to drive to the home to check out the neighborhood and much to our surprise the house was having an "open-house" available to the general public to access. Meghan made my first home buying experience as stress free as possible! This was something I had put off for far too long, and when I decided to take the plunge, I dreaded the anxiety that was inevitable with the home buying process. Meghan was always accommodating and on point, she made the entire process easy and answered every question I had. I could not imagine having gone through this process with anyone else.
