The older white male who conducted my MRI was so friendly and proficient. I had a great experience.
Came in for a 9:45 appointment was told to come 15 minutes early so arrive at 9:30. Didn’t get seen until 10:30 unbelievable . Was told by the black man who has a unpleasant attitude to either wait or reschedule. He also interrupted the woman who was speaking to me just to be di towards me. Also Very unprofessional. He didn’t even at least apologize or say sorry for the wait just went straight to being nasty. Everyone who came after me was seen and left he told me a room was waiting to be open.
