The medical care a family member receive was good, the lack of communication with the family was inexcusable. We had to flag down someone in ICU to find out she had a heart attack and pneumonia (36 hours after she was admitted). The cardiologist has not even returned the call to the primary care doctor - so we don't have any idea how much or what kind of damage was done to her heart from the heart attack. Family members need to know what is happening with their loved ones.
Could use more doctors to talk to when you need answers or have questions but the nurses and care are really great. There is one awful doctor in the ER, not going to say a name, but he needs to go. My grandfather went to the ER in March because of uncontrollable shaking and the doctor saw a cut on his leg and blamed diabetes without doing any tests or MRI'S and 3 hours later, he died at home from a stroke. Other than that one doctor, things are great here.
The staff nurses and doctor was very friendly and very helpful. It was a great experience. Sorry we had to be there for my son but they made it very easy with little wait time. I think we were in and out of there under an hour. Very nice people.

My husband had the worst service at this hospital. I would not recommend this hospital for anyone. He did not even have a nurse come in his room to check if he needed anything,not even to get him water or to check if he was still in pain or even alive from 7:00AM till12:15PM. I had to go to the nurses station for everything.
