Terrible terrible terrible and didn’t even try to validate my parking even though I came to help them. Will never EVER stop by here again and I recommend that everyone who reads this will make the same decision! I normally don’t do this but wow, I had to get this out!
Why is this office so horrible to deal with? It's a constant battle with them. I spoke with a girl named keisha of whom has zero customer service skills of any kind. I asked for an office manager and she sent me to a random voice-mail that had nothing to do with being someone I needed. I would give zero stars if that was an option. They are the worst ever.
My husband has a prostatectomy with this practice. After the surgery they would only prescribe a few pills to manage the post surgical pain. The day we came home I frantically called and left voicemails requesting more pain medication because my husband was in so much pain he could not cope and the pain was making him sweat. Where do I begin? Going to the physician’s office in the time of COVID is quite the experience. Elevator has an occupant limit, you may have to wait in line outside your physician’s office to check-in, and you have to get back in a line if the waiting room has hit the limit of people. Not all doctors have a great bedside manner or will even address you by your name. Buildings definitely need better insulation if I can hear from a closed door that you have an elderly gentleman patient (that I won’t name) with prostate cancer ... read more
They are horrible and need to be reviewed by board of ethics, report is being filed for five of the doctors. De. Cohen is the only one to trust.
