Is HIPPA not practiced here ??? Why am I getting an email about an uncle that I don’t even talk to appointment?
It has been a sad and frightening ordeal. The medical assistant was responsive and kept informing the physician who kept delaying care. I was sent to Piedmont Atlanta ER twice where they found evidence or possible systemic bacterial infection and even signs of a improperly treated UTI complications of possible autoimmune hepatitis combined with possible drug-induced injury from prior Macrobid oral therapy that was unsuccessful. Terrible terrible terrible and didn’t even try to validate my parking even though I came to help them. Will never EVER stop by here again and I recommend that everyone who reads this will make the same decision! I normally don’t do this but wow, I had to get this out!
Why is this office so horrible to deal with? It's a constant battle with them. I spoke with a girl named keisha of whom has zero customer service skills of any kind. I asked for an office manager and she sent me to a random voice-mail that had nothing to do with being someone I needed. I would give zero stars if that was an option. They are the worst ever.
My husband has a prostatectomy with this practice. After the surgery they would only prescribe a few pills to manage the post surgical pain. The day we came home I frantically called and left voicemails requesting more pain medication because my husband was in so much pain he could not cope and the pain was making him sweat. The pain was so bad he couldn’t sit down and couldn’t lay down. I have called the office over and over and still can’t get a response or medication to help my husband cope with the pain.
