The staff and PA were very attentive, knowledgeable, and thorough. They gave me confidence in understanding my condition and referred me to get the best treatment.
I don’t like to get sick but honestly it’s the best when you can go get taken care of by this sweet, kind and compassionate team!!! Nurse Irene is so comforting and amazing and her team made me feel so taken care of.
The people are nice but the staff is simply not knowledgeable . They have never been able to successfully diagnose or treat an issue, this has been my experience on countless occasions. I always leave with no answers, a referral and sometimes a useless prescription. I’m convinced it’s another form of medical money grab. I should have saved time and money and called Teledoc.
Payments didn’t make sense but I’ll be in touch tomorrow or Monday with payment questions. I’ve never experienced this
