I’m leaving three stars only because the front desk receptionist was so rude to me at the end poor attitude just very nasty. I ended up having to call the manager, who was extremely nice. The provider was phenomenal. The young lady who checked me in phenomenal. It was those were extremely great experiences, but as I was leaving, I requested a receipt, and the young lady had already signed out. she didn’t want to sign back in. She was just very rude. Very clean and efficient. My PA was very knowledgeable and pleasant.
I came in to have a drug screen conducted only to be told that there is no one here to conduct a drug screen. I was asked to come back tomorrow. This is a major inconvenience for me as I live in the 30058 area and today I’ve traveled nearly an hour to have this process completed. I ask if I could have the list of location only to be told I will need to google it. This is unprofessional and a major inconvenience!!!! I don’t recommend that anybody use this place!!!!!!
