Very fast and helpful I can for a fracture x-rays took no time
The service was pretty good. I was the first patient of the day and I still had to wait which I’m not really sure why because there was nobody there. And they called the prescription into the wrong pharmacy, which caused me about an extra hour of driving around town. But they were nice and friendly, and I would go again
Came into Piedmont Urgent Care with symptoms of a cold or flu. I had a 12:15 appointment and I was whisked into the exam room about 3 minutes after arriving. Vitals were checked and nose swab for flu, covid and rhinovirus was taken. It was confirmed I had a contagious rhinovirus cold and meds were issued to manage the symptoms. Very professional experience from start to finish with a friendly and engaging staff. I highly recommend this location to anyone with urgent care needs. Sincerely, D Paul
The staff was very courteous and professional. Waited approximately 10 minutes before being called in for examination. Total visit was less than 30 minutes. Extremely happy to have this facility close to home when needed.
