They scratched and gouged and broke thru the coating on my custom wheels that cost 214.00 dollars a wheel. They dont use protective plastic on thier metal tire tools . Unreal !! I worked at a tire shop in the 80’s and we used plastic covers for our tire machine tools so we wouldnt ruin mag and custom wheels. After talking with them at length they offered to pay half the cost , dont go if you have mags !!!
I have been a loyal customer for over 15yrs. The owners are down to earth and as honest as you can get. Always recommend these guys.
We bought tires a few months ago and they had a manufacturer defect. Piedmont tires made it right on the spot and put new tires on our car at no cost to us. More places need to do business like this one.
