UPDATE: I have not heard back from this shop. This automatic response from them is to just save face to the public instead of doing the right thing and repair what they damaged. I had this place change out the tpms sensors in my wheels. They ended up leaving clamp marks and several scratches on all of the wheels from their metal scraper and knife blades. When confronted about the damages they said that a Sharpie could hide it. The owner was not even willing to help pay for the damages they made.
Greatest place to get your tires and other front end work done! My family has relied on Greg and his crew for decades!

I sit here at Piedmont Tire in Anderson incredibly grateful. I ran over a bungee cord with a hook on it while on the Interstate. The hook dug a hole in my tire, and these guys became me heroes! Not only did I not lose control of the car, but I was also only a mile from fantastic professional efficient service. Thank you, God, for watching over me, and thank you for the kindness of strangers!
