I read the previous reviews, and I have to agree....do not bother doing business with these people
This place doesn't even deserve 1 star the customer service is horrible, the owner is a very lazy man, and does not treat any one with respect. This place is worse than anything you could ever imagine never go to this place.
If you are looking for a job here, beware of the owner. He went back on every offer he gave, and then completely rescinded the job after i had given my two weeks notice at my current job. What a jerk!
I called to ask their buy price on silver. It was fair. I brought my silver in, got the fair price and left with a check in 20 minutes. No hassles, no BS, and no delays. I highly recommend Piedmont Rare Coins!!!!
Avoid this place at all xosts. One of the owners is mentally unstable. Seriously - a total whack job. Serious ethical issues too.
Stay away from this place unless you want to be treated like an idiot! HORRIBLE customer service!! Both employees seemed annoyed that I had entered the shop... no greeting from either of them. I had to ask for help... of which, I got very little! Items I needed weren't priced... when I asked, they couldn't tell me nor made any effort to find the information! The person "helping" me (I assume was the owner from his pompous attitude) didn't even try to pretend to be interested in the questions I asked... he was too busy talkin... read more
Worst customer service ever...Scott, the owner has the worst attitude and the other guy jim is a total waste of time all together. Can never get a straight answer out of either one about prices and the quality of my coins. I'd rather go to a flea market and bargain with them.
This company is very professional and knowledgable. Company is well ran. Ill be back.
I had a gold coin that I sold. They were helpful and I was in and out quickly. Highly recommend this place.
