The nurse practioner was wonderful. She listened and prescribed exactly what I needed. Every NP that I've dealt with at a Piedmont Clinic is knowledgeable, caring and professional.
Money grubbing doctor's upselling. Ran out of antibiotics before getting over strep throat and they want another $100+ Billing process? No I went in sick, still sick days later and call in saying they didn't fix the problem and they want another copay for the same issue they didn't fix the first time. How many CO pays do you need? Half fix a problem to keep repeat business?
I came to get a COVID 19 test, my appointment was made two days in advance and even tho I was 20 mins early my appointment was given to a walk in that arrived all of 2 mins before me. I waited 45 mins before being seen mean while being COVID POSITIVE. I will not be returning to this over priced clinic.
