Went to get strep, flu & covid test for illness and got a bill for $688 ($417 after slight insurance adjustments). Was told I had to pay new patient charge of $370 even though I've been to this same clinic on numerous occasions for myself and children. They refused to lower that fee so I will no longer go to any Piedmont clinic. Walgreens at Mars Hill always has a friendly staff and they are wonderful at following up and calling patients. The doctor on staff saw my son at last minute and was nice about it.
