I’m feeling better thanks to this Piedmont QuickCare. I managed to be lucky to get Gopika Naidu NP on each of my sick visits. She was very attentive and thorough in my care exhibiting concern for my symptoms and how they could affect my preexisting conditions. She updated me to n my vitals and made sure I understood what I needed to do to get better and keep my BP and pulmonary functions unaffected by my temporary conditions. Grateful! Our encounters were such a blessing.
Gopika was very thorough, competent and compassionate. She was on time for my appointment.
Do everything you can to avoid Piedmont QuickCare. Their providers do very little by way of providing care, but then fill out their paperwork so that it looks like they were very attentive and provided the best of care. Result: You don't receive proper care/diagnosis AND you get OVERCHARGED by them. When you try to call customer NO SERVICE, that's exactly what you get - representatives who refuse to listen to you and will not escalate the case/issue to a manager. If I could give Piedmont ZERO stars, I would!!!
It’s always a good experience to come to this location. Best care and amazing professionals I recommend Piedmont Quick Care in Alpharetta. I have been using this location over 5 years and I don’t have any complaints, only good things to say !
