I'll start this my saying I completed a lot of the online check in ahead of time including several medical history forms until it asked me to pay so I thought that was the only thing left and I would just pay at the office instead of entering in my card info. I was denied care because one of the ladies at the front made me finish signing the forms online and update my medications list and all the other stuff I didn't realize I still had to do. I want to share my husband’s recent and very disappointing experience at Piedmont Care at Eastside, so other patients can be aware and double-check their appointments before coming here. My husband was turned away for being "late", even though he arrived on time and had proof of his confirmed appointment time. He received a text message beforehand asking him to confirm his appointment. He also received a phone call stating that he should only arrive 15 minutes early if his paperwork was not completed.
