The whole staff from the front desk to the MD were very nice. Any questions we had they answered them with respect. The wait time was low and we didn't have to wait a long time. The PA and the MD have a excellent bedside matter and talk to you in sentences that you can understand, and what you don't understand they will break it down for you. I will recommend them to anyone that needs the same surgery as I do.
Dr. Stiefel is very thorough with the research he did on my condition and previous treatment and communicated the future treatment plan in a way that was easy to understand.
The staff is professional and very personable. I cant say enough about the level of knowledge and care from The PA. Dr. Steifel is brilliant. Explained the situation so clearly. I highly recommend him.
