Morteza Azimien is rude, disrespectful. Makes telemed appointments then no shows for it. rescheduled my appointment then when I am unable to take a last minute earlier appointment she no shows for the scheduled telemed.

I believe a very important part of patient care is including the patient. By taking the time to listen to their concerns and ensure them that if you can help you will….I waited months to get in the office, yet every time I leave I feel like I’ve finished an intense tennis match.
I have been attempting for three weeks to schedule an appointment and my primary care doctor has faxed a referral twice. When I called the front desk and asked if there were any other solutions available after being told again that they do not have it, I was told to fax again and promptly hung up on without any “goodbye” or “thank you for calling”.
