On the way to the set appointment, the office calls to triage the patient, asks several questions, tells you to go to the ED for a non-emergent (over 2 week) issue and then refuses to see you, despite repeatedly pleas to the Clinical Coordinator and doctor and a referral from primary care who already did an evaluation.
