From the welcoming team at the desk, to the MT that prepared me for my PA visit, to even the farewell committee at Check Out - all was made easy peasy for the customer. The team threw in competence, friendliness and comprehensiveness to make it a MD experience I will never forget. Their comprehensiveness should be legendary, if not already.
