Very disappointed with my recent pulmonologist visit. I was prescribed Dupixent for my asthma, but my insurance would not cover the medication due to the extremely high cost. During the visit, Natalie told me multiple times that she would give me a sample to help while everything was being sorted out. I went to Peidmont Heart here. Excellent place,friendly staff and thorough Dr and PA.
This affiliated Piedmont practice has their act together. From the welcoming team at the desk, to the MT that prepared me for my PA visit, to even the farewell committee at Check Out - all was made easy peasy for the customer. The team threw in competence, friendliness and comprehensiveness to make it a MD experience I will never forget. Their comprehensiveness should be legendary, if not already.
