Pretty mixed experience here. Good: I had an amazing doctor who listened and resolved my issues. The staff in person are fantastic. Bad: For every appointment I ended up waiting 45 minutes to an hour. I am currently writing this review waiting for an appointment and it has been 55 minutes. As you can imagine I’m pretty frustrated. This will be my last appointment in this office. If you need assistance between appointments, the staff is very difficult to contact. Dr. Jermaine Jackson is very informative and thorough of the care he provides. I’ve never had to wait long to be seen by him. He’s detailed oriented and ensures you understand the path of care you’re being provided. It’s very evident he enjoys his profession. His staff resembles the same!
