The nurses here continue to complete my service here timely and accurately, while with a smile on their faces. I cannot count how many times i’ve been and been seen immediately, as well as being respected and listened to as a young adult. not often do doctors make much time to hear about what naïve adults have to say, but this place truly cares about you and I stand by that. I leave with a smile every time no matter what happens.
I presented to my primary care doctor after booking an annual exam. I had not been seen by my doctor in over a year. As a doctor who has done a multitude of annual exams, I expected that an annual exam would be completed as that is what I requested. This typically will include a thorough physical exam, labs, ecg and depending on you history as cxray. I also had a myomectomy that was scheduled, and my OB/GYN requested that a form be filled out. Customer service is abysmal. Support staff can't acknowledge mistakes and make the patient feel like they are the problem. Should stop using Piedmont in the name. It doesn't do anything for the brand.
I will start with the fact that I'd give 5 stars to my doctor himself, Dr Ansari. He has a good heart and I think is one of the best doctors I've ever had. However, he is extremely overwhelmed and it takes a really long time to get things remedied because of this. His support staff is absolutely horrible - someone named Chantel that typically handles things is absolutely off mentally. I'm pretty sure a child could do her job better.
