I loved this place! Everyone was nice and attentive. I seen Kimberly Chitwood and she did a really great job listening and speaking with me about my concerns. I hate going to the doctor but will definitely not mind going back here! I didn’t even pass out during my blood work! I definitely recommend this place!
They were very patient and friendly .
Our appointment was for 3:00pm. My wife and I arrived at 2:42pm to fill out any paperwork. We were greeted as we signed in. 10min after signing in started filling out paperwork. Waited until 4:00pm and was told they are getting a room ready. Not pleased with our experience in the waiting room. If there is a better doctors office in covington, I want to find it.
