Exceptional service, I was in and out, everyone greeted me. The staff is really cool
Normally I never have any problems at this location. The physicians are usually very thorough, friendly and the wait time is usually never too long. However, at my last visit with Dr. Miles after the MA left the room I sat in the room for almost 45 minutes! The office even contacted me earlier that week and asked me if I could come in any earlier and I was able to show up a little earlier but there was no point. Dr george and Chelsea and all the front and back staff are amazing. First doctor in a long time I've felt that actually listens, cares, and explains in detail everything. Best doctors office and staff in Georgia and any doctor I ever saw in Texas.
My normal Dr is on maternity leave so I Decided to have my physical done by another Dr. Apt at 10:20 and I’m aware we will wait but for an hr in a cold room sitting in a gown is insane. I’m hearing nurses speaking about what’s for lunch(why you just got here)!! After an hr I stepped in the hall to ask if I am should reschedule and the lady takes her level 2 voice about lunch to level 10 to say sure go to the front and do what you gotta do.
